SOME OF YOU WILL HAVE NOTICED, if you’ve been monitoring this website for a while, that things have somewhat changed recently, and for the better. For a start, some of the more awkward layouts have been updated, some graphics improved – but mostly, we are now talking about two books (not one, two) are now available for people to get hold of and read. Unfortunately, to do that, you’ll have to buy them – left to myself, I’d just let everyone read them for free; the money is entirely secondary to the pleasure of knowing that people out in the great wide world are enjoying the thing that you slaved and sweated blood over (but, hey, I’m not complaining, loved every minute of it!). But the process of distributing books means that cash must change hands. Sorry, but there it is.
Of course, it will not have escaped the eagle-eyed among you that this has all happened somewhat later than planned (who was it who said that the soundtrack to our plans unravelling is the sound of God laughing at us?)
Anyway, we’re here now*. We’ve arrived, and now I’m entering into the mysterious business of marketing, which means promotions and an Instagram campaign. Luckily, someone more adept will be guiding me, so it should go well (there you are, another plan to go off-the-tracks!) You could save me all the bother by picking up one or other of the books, either as an E-book or a paperback, loving it, and telling all your friends, work-colleagues and family members. If you do, let me know via the Contact Form. I’d be delighted to hear from you.
